	Building Planning and Design - Development of the architectural concepts for all buildings.
	Construction Documents - Preparation of detailed drawings and specifications to facilitate construction.
	Construction Administration - Represent the client's interests during the construction period. On site observation of the construction, verify conformity of the work with the construction documents. Approve contractors request for payment.
